We had a wonderful stay - friendly and helpful hosts and great rooms - big and bright and lovely views of the hills around the valley. We enjoyed the use of the lounge, kitchen and sun room. The cottage is right next to the river with nice walks, and shops and restaurants just a short walk away, so great location too.

The location was fantastic! The owners were very friendly. Gorgeous view of the surroundings at anytime of the day and night. I couldn't ask for more. Sylvia and Jeff were so friendly and easy to talk with. Highly recommended if you want a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of civilisation but still have all the mod con.

Ugbrooke Country Estate is a recently renovated guest house in Lower Dashwood, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, free bikes and garden.

This place is wonderful - a destination in itself. Excellent hosts, excellent accommodations, excellent views. A historic house that you would not want to miss! We had dinner there and it was delicious. Well worth the short drive from Blenheim, you won't find better than this, it is a great value. Hope to be back again in the future!

We weren't that close to town but we did love the location. Next door to sheep and a deer. Beautiful surroundings, and huge place. Hostess, and her kids, were lovely
