Our stay here has been absolutely the best we've ever experienced. From the delightful homemade cake to the peaceful ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. The place is not only incredibly comfortable but also very clean. The bathtub was another highlight—we absolutely loved it. This place truly feels special, and we can't recommend it enough!

A quaint, tiny but very cleverly-designed and comfortable cottage in historic Greytown. We slept soundly and then took the opportunity to visit the nearby settlers' museum - a recreated township using various buildings and artefacts from days gone by, with helpful, entertaining staff in period costume. A thoroughly enjoyable one-night stop.

Very friendly, excellent food, sociable and quirky. Easy walk to the town centre. Rachel was an excellent host and we enjoyed champagne and foccacia bread in the garden with the other guests before going out to dinner.. quiet location.

Gail was a fantastic host. She was so kind and attentive to our kids. Our kids absolutely loved their beautiful chickens. Their highlight of the stay is playing with the chickens. First thing in the morning they asked if they could go and see Gail and her chickens. :) We wanted to experience the typical NZ countryside lifestyle. This place offers exactly it.
