Nice and comfi room with good aircon and Wifi. The staff and the manager were super friendly and helpful. There was a brown out and I couldn't really use my room for a few hours but I got a discount for that. I really appreciate that nice gesture and will definitely come back :)

Our stay at Florentina Homes was an absolute highlight of our honeymoon in Dumaguete. The place truly exceeded our expectations—it felt like something out of a fairytale, with its charming atmosphere and beautiful decor. The front desk and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and they made our trip so much smoother with their helpful service. The property is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to go shopping or explore the area. We also really enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool, as well as the complimentary airport and port transfers. Another plus was being able to book tours directly through them—we arranged our trips to see the dolphins in Bais and the whale sharks, which was incredibly convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you once again to the entire team at Florentina Homes for making our honeymoon so special!

The kitchen ! There is actually a lot of ustensiles and it was perfect for us. They have beers and drinks in the fridge that you can buy for a very good price, you also can buy eggs and other staff if you like. Internet was good, and the room we had was perfect. They also clean and check the house every day. We definitely recommend it !

    I haven't tried homestay in a while due to some mixed experience in the past but this home felt cozy and welcoming. The place was clean, with nice furniture, available drinking water and kitchen amenities. Nikko my host was really great and helped me a lot. He answered my many questions and on top of that he helped to arrange a visit to Apo island. It was on my must visit list and I could not have done this without his assistance. I feel so lucky I decided to stay here! Thank you!

    Clean and well-located homestay in the middle of Dumaguete. The room was fine and clean; very good for the price you pay. There is free drinking water and a kitchen available if you want to use that. We rented a scooter for one day which was perfect to explore the surroundings. The Dumaguete Boulevard is nice to stroll around in the evenings.

    Spotlessly clean room. Fluffy towels, soft pillows and hot water. Equipped communal kichen with full sized fridge and drinking water supplied free. Great Vietnamese resto and cafe with excellent breakfast near 7/11all within 100m. Good wifi for working. Location was within 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal and town. Lovely hosts and would stay again.
