The room is clean, the beds are comfy, location is near to Satun Mosque, on weekdays there is a night market nearby, 7 eleven only walking distance, food stalls are abundant, the staff is very helpful, free cold and hot drinking water AND coffee, peace and quiet place, nearby kids playground, parking available, very good value for money, safe because they lock the gates at night, convinient to go anywhere

Nice accommodation close to pier. Very helpful staff who managed for us boat ticket and took us to the pier. Room was clean and OK.
