Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, access to a pool. Most of all, Erme, the owner was one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve come across in my travels. Location is very near St. jean's church (300m) and Ephesus church is 5 min driving. Their garden is beautiful. It's a pity that we don't have time to enjoy eating in the garden. The owner is nice and friendly and speaks English so well and very care. I left my cell phone charger at this accommodation. I called and the owner mailed the Charger to my location. All my family say that the breakfast and melon eaten here are the most special melons they have ever eaten.

The pension is at an excellent location, conveniently situated near the bus station, restaurants, and cafes. The breakfast was outstanding, served by delightful hosts. The serene surroundings are perfect for leisurely walks, and the place's strategic positioning allows easy access to transportation options for Ephesus and Şirince, via taxis and dolmuş. The pension features beautifully furnished rooms adorned with unique antiques, making for a charming stay. Staying at ANZ Guesthouse was a delightful surprise. We were well received, treated well, and hosted well. In other words, we felt at home. Atakam was very kind and gave us extra coffee with our breakfast (which was excellent!), and his father, Harry, was always there to help whenever we needed it. I recommend this place 100%.

The owner was very hospitable. I did the booking for my mother who does not speak neither Turkish nor English. The owner was constantly in contact with me and supported my mother in all ways possible. She even took her to a spontaneous walking tour to show the important places that my mother wanted to visit on the next day. We are very grateful and definitely recommend Ephesus Palaces to everyone.
