Simply perfect. Spotlessly clean. Modern. Comfortable. Amazing shower. Has the Japanese simplicity design with the luxury feel. The breakfast is superb. The family that operates this BnB is absolutely wonderful. From room #7 you can see fireflies from the window. You can also walk 2 minutes to the other end of the field for a better fireflies show. A short 5-min drive to the famous Nanzhuang Old Street. About 15-min drive thru Lion Head Mountain and the Quanhua temple. For the best meal in town, try 苗栗南庄漢滿樓. I would stay longer if I had more time in Taiwan.

The place is amazing. It is tucked away in the mountains, surrounded with an enormous garden. The views are stunning. The food was incredible too. We were lucky to be there during the fire fly season and it was a wonderful experience.
