I’m travelling by bicycle and I had no problem parking and leaving my stuff there. Very friendly family. The room is clean, quiet and with AC. Good place to rest after the train to Nukus.

Being able to sleep in a yurt was a great experience. It was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We were able to wash our clothes for 50 000 UZS and there is a possibility to get good breakfast for 35 000 UZS. The hosts were very nice and they had a lovely puppy. Also, there is a grocery store nearby.

We had a wonderful 3days stay at this Guest house. it was really great, the staff was very nice and helpful. And it was located really near to the train station. There was a big garden with lots of yummy grapes. The family who runs the place are very friendly and kind. Highly recommended!

I spent one night at Karpalakstan Hostel at the beginning of November during my trip to Nukus. A newly opened hostel is well equipped with all the facilities including clean bathrooms and toilets. They also have a kitchen and nice conference/dining room with Television. Admin Alimbek who speaks perfect English, also showed me a small documentary about the Aral sea during my stay. I reached the town a bit late in the evening and they picked me up from central Bazaar for free of cost. And the next morning he arranged a shared taxi from the hostel to Khiva through his local contacts at the best rate of 80000 som, saving me the hassle of going to the taxi station and negotiating. Alimbek also arranged a car from Muynak to Aral sea at the last moment a day before while we were in Muynak at the best rate among everyone in Muynak. And I must say the car was brand new and in excellent condition and the driver, though didn't speak English or Russian knew all the right spots for photography and made sure to stop along the way. You can get in touch with Alimbek for a car from Nukus/Muynak/Khiva to the Aral Sea. They have bigger vans for larger groups too. The rooms, beds, bathrooms were extremely clean. Some of the best facilities in Uzbekistan. The staff went out of their way to return my wallet to me, it was so incredibly kind!

A hidden gem! This little place doesn't look like much on the outside, but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean! The shower could have a bit more pressure, but it had hot water and even had a washing machine we could use. The hosts were super friendly, efficient and helpful! Highly recommend!
