I loved this Homestay! The location was perfect for me, as I was able to easily walk to all the attractions in central Da Nang. There is a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops just a few minutes walk from the property. It is also within walking distance of Da Nang railway station and Da Nang Airport. A local bus (route R16 - VND6k each way) to Marble Mountain stops nearby (no need to book a tour bus). My room was spotlessly clean, had large windows and was very comfortable. It had a large bathroom. Wi-fi speed was excellent. Television had a variety of international channels. The host family were very welcoming and helpful.

This place is affordable, with clean rooms and friendly service. We explored the Son Tra peninsula on scooters, arranged by the staff. Staff suggested a sunset tour to Hoi An, which we’ll never forget.

Highly recommended. The location is perfect – right by the beach and super convenient! Everything is within easy reach, just a few minutes to popular tourist spots. The host and staffs are incredibly friendly, helpful, and responds lightning-fast to any questions – seriously, they answer everything.     The room is very clean and quiet. The landlady is very friendly and she owns an entire villa as a homestay in the old town , so that we can taste good and cheap local fruit and juice.The checkout time is 12 noon so we can have a good rest all morning😇

    The place is nice and in the middle of a living area of locals. As the steeet is tiny youbhave no traffic noise going on. Place is clean and Vincent is a good Host and took care of us and we could even store our bags there for a few days, while we are gone.
