The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything that is worth visiting. Beside the location, the owner was really helpful, both when it comes to carrying up heavy luggage but also free water every day and fruit on our long busride. Always helpful. If me and my friends ever go back to Hanoi, we will not hesitate a second to come back! Love this place, value for the money. Suited us perfectly since we are traveling on a budget. He also let us leave our big luggage all day after we had checked out so that we didnt have to carry it around the city. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed.

The location is spot on. Across the road from Ho Hoan Kiem andOld Quarter is your backyard this is central as you'd want. Surprisingly quiet due to it next right next the the main road along the pond just down a short passage. We were on the 6th floor so view was good I could just see and hear the exercise groups in the mornings. Would come back.

Thinh is very kind and welcoming, providing you a pleasant stay at his homestay. He also helped a lot with booking onward tickets. The homestay is in a quiet sideroad, but still close to the center. He has also a house directly in the center. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable. The private bathroom is just outside the room. Wifi is good. Hot shower.

My stay there was amazing. May and her family are extremely kind and generous. The room was really big and comfortable and I loved all the small details and the toiletries offered. The location is perfect if you don’t want to be in the noisy busy old quarter (15 mins drive) and walking distance to nice cafes and bars in the Tay Ho Neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place!

Nice room and bed with a comfortable topper. Very basic and simple but I don't need more than this. I enjoyed the relative silence. When the weather is cold you'll hear only the heating or airing system of a nearby big building but probably when it's hot the usual AC noise will be unavoidable, like in most of the accommodations in hot countries. However during my stay this background noise wasn't continuous. At times, I enjoyed almost complete silence, which is a big privilege in the centre of Hanoi. Anyway, no traffic noise at all. Moreover, the building's construction quality is good with no humidity and mould.
