One of the most beautiful, friendly and local homestays I have ever stayed. The hosts are so lovely, made you feel at home, their food is lovely. The rooms are super comfortable with a stunning view and lovely hot shower. Just perfect! Highly recommend

Had a very lovely stay here in one of the bungalows! Yes there are bugs getting into the room like others wrote but you are in nature and the bugs are harmless. You can take them and put them outside of the room or stay at a different place :) I really liked the stay here! Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable little wooden house and attentive staff. Comfy bed and great terrace with amazing view. The pool is at the property next door, 3 min walk. Those who wrote that the pool is missing probably never asked the staff about it.

Pu Luong May Home & Cafe was an incredible experience! Tôm went above and beyond as a host, taking care of every detail—from arranging our airport pickup to organising a full-day local tour, even including a relaxing massage, and ensuring smooth transport to our next destination. The food was outstanding, and the included breakfasts were a favourite with our kids. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted stunning views. Everything was amazing. The Thai staff were all very welcoming, polite and hospitable. I made a reservation here but they asked if I wanted to have a better room at their other facility "Pu Luong Riverside Lodge" 1km from the Hieu Waterfall. Tucked away among the trees, the property is in a much quieter spot with great mountain views. The room they prepared for us had all the necessary amenities, a balcony, water heater and air conditioning. There is a small restaurant inside the homestay where we had dinner (with reservation) and breakfast. The food was all local and very fresh.

This place had everything. Incredibly stylish accommodation, great owner, excellent location. We had dinner from the owner with other guests and it was one of the top nights in Vietnam. The laundry is free and I have never seen such perfectly folded clothes. Everything is done with the highest level of care. We were very surprised by Mai Chau and this accommodation is probably one of the reasons we liked it so much.
