It is situated less than 1 km from Market Square and offers a shared kitchen. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The place is very spacious, clean and close to most attractions. Our beds were really comfortable as well. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, they provided us with a list of things to see and places to eat at. Communication with the hosts was great. We will most likely come back the next time we're in Bruges.

Being able to personalise breakfast is a plus. The location is great. We would love to return.

Good location ，just less than 10 minutes walking away from Saint Pierre train station ，there are some restaurants nearby ，about 2 Kilometers away from city center，the room was nice clean and tidy with spacious bathroom ，hot water was at a constant temperature and enjoyable 。there was a coffee machine offering 24h self-service coffee in the lobby。the receptionist is friendly there。also you can used the kitchen to make a simple meal for your own 。It should be noted that the room under stairs was a bit dark and the window in the room just faced and closed to the stree，so it would be better not to opened it.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was AMAZING. We booked the upstairs suite and it was comfortable in every way. Truly, this charming place is a gem. Already longing to go back to the wonderful city of Bruges.

The property has city and quiet street views, and is less than 1 km from Belfry of Bruges. The rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The owners were really nice and accomodating. The rooms and facilities felt really fresh, modern, and well taken care of. We had forgotten to ask about the parking but the owners proactively asked and made sure it would be easy for us. The location was perfect, 10 minutes' walk from the very centre of Brugge but still dead quiet during the night, even with the windows opened.

The apartment is spacious and really nicely decorated. It was so much bigger than expected and really bright and airy. It had a lovely view out the back to some gardens and the front view onto the street was really nice too. It was in a great location being a short walk into the centre and everything you needed nearby. The hosts were really responsive when we had a minor issue and they also kindly sent me a cherished item that I'd left in the room all the way back to the UK, which I very much appreciated!

The host is super nice and caring, she even made me a toasts in the morning which was not included in my reservation! House has a style and you can feel that there is classy person behind the designing, oh and everything smells super nice. I would recommend Efes Home for everybody, seeking great price quality ratio and a nice peaceful location with an extraordinary host.

At the homestay, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. I really enjoyed my stay—choosing this place made my whole trip incredible. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. While the bathroom and toilet are shared, it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfasts were a lovely touch, offering a chance to chat with other guests or the welcoming host. Plus, there’s an adorable dog to greet you! The location is very convenient—just 10 minutes to the center of Genk by public transport or a 40-minute walk. Nearby, you’ll find a large swimming pool, a sports complex, and a park. A grocery store is also within a 15-minute walk. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we hope to return in the summer!

Well, I liked everything about this accommodation. Clean, cozy, perfectly prepared for my arrival. Well written instructions how to check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. Could not expect more.
