I loved everything about my stay here My room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean, with a good amount of space and storage, powerful fans, cotton sheets, plenty of towels, & good shutters/mosquito screens (definitely an essential at this time of year!). Plus there's a well-equipped kitchen, genuinely friendly staff, free use of bikes & kayaks, books to borrow, drinking water for a very reasonable contribution, coffee, and a really cute & well-kept outdoor seating area & hammocks. I expected that I would need to wait sometimes to use the shared washroom facilities as there just 1 toilet & 1 shower (in separate rooms), but never did. The location is excellent - in the middle of everything yet quiet, and I really liked the mangrove/sea access at the back of the hotel, it's so peaceful & pretty (and if you're lucky you might see a croc!). I definitely plan to stay here again (and would have already if my dates were available!)

It has the most wonderful pool and a small tiki bar at the back from which you can buy drinks and cocktails. The rooms are stunning; cool, ventilated and come with fans and AC which is perfect.

More than my stay in Caye Caulker for sure. Love their happy hour specials and their food was so delicious , try the garlic butter shrimp with coconut rice (chefs kiss). Property was very clean and very comfortable. Saw a scorpion which was my first and loved that I could just whatsapp then my order and food delivered quickly. Overall loved my stay and hope to be back for next year's birthday

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. The property is on the outskirts of town, but we really appreciated that. The owner picked us up in his golf cart and delivered us to the dock when we left, and lent us two beach cruiser bikes to ride the ten minutes to town, which made us feel like locals. He also provided a kayak which we took out a once for a stunning sunset ride, and we also made us of the dock near his property to sit quietly in the shade and gaze out at the blue water. The swimming pool is small but cleaned daily, and perfect for one or two people (my husband and I got to enjoy it for ourselves for morning swims). The older unit is funky and artistic, while the newer unit has AC and a modern look.
