I didn't need to contact him, but I had all his contact details in case I did. It's a large enough room with beds, a table and a well-enough equipped kitchen, and a fan in case it gets a bit hot. There is enough hanging space in the cupboard. The bathroom is shared with another room (I knew that at the time of booking), and that might not suit everybody, but it was perfectly fine with me. The location is great: about 2-3 blocks from a tram intersection for the Number 1 tram that goes to the main station and to the Messe Convention centre. Other trams are also there, but I did not use them. There are also two largish grocery stores in the vicinity of the tram station.

It was very clean and also well equipped in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and would book it again and recommend it to others.
