Thanks to Tomas for being such a friendly and understanding host, especially with my late arrival due to a train delay. The area has a unique vibe and is very close to the main train station. Was met by Marit with a warm and friendly greeting - this was reassuring as I was a bit later than I suggested, and I have had hosts be a bit annoyed. The pension is small but shows an incredible amount of personality and thought put into the room - a mini-fridge, spaces to hang clothes, seats for working - and is colourful and fresh and feels recently fitted. I didn't spend too long here - late arrival, early to leave - but I would consider her again.

The Budejovicka Metro Stop is reachable within an 8-minute walk and provides a direct connection to the Old Town in 15 minutes. Breakfast as others have said was excellent. Location is about 30 mins from centre using Prague’s truly excellent public transport especially during the week. We like exploring and using lots of different routes and modes of transport to the centre was part of the fun of Prague. Roman the host could as very kind and helpful even offering us lifts when it was raining.
