Absolutely superb breakfast service (11/10)! Newly renovated from the ground up. WiFi works fine. Supermarket just across the street. Perfect location for a lot of hiking. Easily reachable by car as well as public transport. Despite this being an active railway station, the trains didn't bother me sound wise. With the windows closed, sound isolation was extremely good, and even sleeping with the window open was OK (I will add that my room was on the street side of the building, however).

Lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed in the green room was very comfortable. Clean and spacious bathroom, and nice coffee too. Very quiet, being almost hidden in a backcourt of some buildings. Location is very good - some 10-15 minute walking from the main station, or about 5 with public transport.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. The house is on groundfloor but feels really safe. Really spacious, clean and great location only 15mins walk to the city centre. Parking available on the street, free of charge. Really recomend the house.

First, many thanks again to owner Mr. Werner; who was always very kind and welcoming. This small hotel is a special place. Rooms are very clean and actually quite big. The heating comes from the floor. Although I shared the batroom it was not a problem at all, it is very clean. I stopped my journeyat this place half way to the Kassel, there and back, both ways. It is about 15 minutes drive away from Highway exit. The breakfast at Preith is a highlight, it felt like eating at home. Mr.Werner bought especially for me Oat and rice milk for breakfast, because I do not consume cow milk products. Also the warm fresh bread, butter and local jam were my favourites! I arrived in the evening and it was always very quiet. So good to rest at this place. There is also a good pizzeria/italian restaurant about 700 meters away. So, if you are traveling towards north of Germany and you need a rest, this is a great place to stop and chill! :):):)
