I had a wonderful time at this accomodation for many reasons (I hope I remember them all) : 1- Alexandre is very nice, since the first contact he sent an amazing booklet that explains everything, from the check-in to checkout. He also added a full guide for the city. 2- appartment is very clean like sparkling clean, room is spacious, amazing game area 3- the quiete is AMAZING in the appartment and neighbourhood. 4- if you got the chance to see Alexandre and exchange with him, he is very nice, warm and really informative. 5- the kitchen is well equipped, coffee machine is amazing. 6- the appartment is at the heart of Troyes 7- the bed is soooooo comfy Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed my stay in this cute charming room. I will definitely come back again either in Troyes or in any property managed by the same comapny (Capitaine B&B)

Set in a property originally built in 1872, La Demeure De Charme is an elegantly-decorated guest house situated in Troyes. The property is a 8-minute drive from Aube Stadium and a private parking is available. Madame Sabine was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom are charming and thoughtfully refurbished. You can walk into central Troyes without too much effort. Troyes is an enchanting medieval city. In the summer, I travel between Belgium and Spain and would stay here again.
