This place far exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic. Secure free parking. A huge room. A comfortable bed. Coffee and tea facilities in our room. Robes and slippers. The place has two pools - one indoor where there's a sauna and a steam room as well. The outside pool was being renovated and should be refilled soon. It was extremely good value too. We were given a voucher to take to a nearby place to get breakfast.

It is located 1.3 km from Tempio di Apollo and features a lift. Fonte Aretusa is 2.1 km from the guest house and Castello Maniace is 2.4 km away. My husband and I stayed two nights at CITY LOVE ROOMS and left wishing we'd booked for longer. From the specious and comfortable room to the hospitality from our host Angelo, it's a fantastic base to explore Syracuse. Even though we couldn’t meet Angelo face to face, she was always available to help our needs. I loved our room! It was specious and had all the amenities we’d wanted. The laundry rack was a big plus!! I felt they put lots of thoughts and efforts in the place as everything we need was there.( amenities, complimentary treats etc..) Absolutely loved CITY LOVE ROOMS and it’s the best B&B I’ve stayed!!!

Very private. Great sea view, so nice in the afternoon. This felt like the best deal in Siracusa. Alfredo was very communicative and accommodating. 100% recommend!

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk and full-day security for guests. The owners are super friendly and professional at the same time. They exceeded our expectations with offering a pick up from the parking, to recommending the restaurants and things to see in the city. The room was clean, and nicely set, the location is in the middle of the old town which was perfect. I can only recommend the stay.
