The Moiwa Lodge offers access to fresh ski tracks, away from the crowds. Located on the slopes of Niseko Moiwa, the property provides a free shuttle to the Niseko Annpuri ski lifts under a 5-minute drive away. Facilities include a bar and billiard table, while skiing lessons and free WiFi are available. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids, with ample space for our 5 pieces of luggage. The large toilet was a nice touch. However, we found some bugs in the room, both dead and alive. Additionally, our room was close to the reception, so at night, we could hear people talking and coming in and out from the lodge main door, making it difficult to sleep. The soundproofing of the room door could be improved. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, being very close to the ski resort with a kind of ski-in ski-out, within walking distance.

Located a 5-minute drive from Niseko Higashiyama Ski Resort, Niseko OAC Lodge offers simple Western-style accommodations with free WiFi. Guests can relax in the shared lounge and use the free on-site parking. A free shuttle is available from JR Niseko Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away. Everything! The lodge was super adorable and comfy and its located in the middle of Niseko which isnt far from the ski resorts (including Grand Hirafu). Location wise, it is also located a short walk away from the bus stop. Sayuri-san and her team were amazing hosts and we couldn't have asked for better! They had a courtesy shuttle that you can take in a cool van and to the train station if you ask. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the shared bathrooms and common areas were extremely well maintained. Breakfast is provided and there is also arestaurant attached to the lodge that has an amazing view of Mt.Yotei. This place is worth every penny and is a gem, so I hope you get to experience one of the coolest places in Niseko to stay in :) Thank you Sayuri-san and everyone for an unforgettable stay! We will definitely be back here if we are in Niseko!!

Pension New White Bear is located in the Hirafu district of Kutchan, 6.2 km from Lerch Memorial Park, 6.6 km from Lake Hangetsu Nature Park and 6.8 km from Asahigaoka Park. Providing free private parking, the 2-star guest house is 4.4 km from Hirafu Station. The accommodation provides a public bath, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. the host is helpful and so kind to pick me up from Hirafu Station upon I communicate with them on my itinerary even I arrive late at night, cool and freezing. Willing to share the knowledge how to get to Sapporo and make my travel plan easier.

The property is located 8 km from Lily Park, 8.9 km from Makkari Shrine and 9.4 km from Lake Hangetsu Nature Park. The property is non-smoking and is situated 46 km from Lake Toya. Superb location out it the countryside but not far from local attractions. Very quiet rural setting.

The location was perfect for driving to all of the resorts we wanted to visit but also close enough to Kutchan and Niseko for a short drive to ski and eat etc. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really large. Plenty of space for 7 adults and great facilities like a kitchen downstairs. The hosts were amazing, could not of been more helpful. They were always on hand to help and answer any questions. We opted in for breakfast a couple of mornings and dinner and both were delicious and very good value for money. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the other activities like snow showing etc.

Annupuri Oasis Lodge has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Kutchan, 10 km from Hirafu Station. This 1-star guest house offers ski storage space and free shuttle service. The guest house features family rooms. Amazing location just 5min walk to the gondola and shuttles, great hot breakfast, comfy bed, really great value. They also provided 5 star service ahead of arriving, offering useful information and support. No bath but 10min walk to a great onsen.

Situated just 7.3 km from Niseko Station, Pension Cotton Farm features accommodation in Niseko with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. Featuring free private parking, the 2-star guest house is 10 km from Hirafu Station. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy mountain views. The staff was very friendly. They are such nice people. And the location next to the gondola is incredible.

Well situated in the Annupuri district of Niseko, Bistare Kana is set 9.4 km from Hirafu Station, 6.5 km from Niseko Station and 12 km from Lake Hangetsu Nature Park. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Shinsen Marsh is 17 km away and Asahigaoka Park is 17 km from the guest house. Was well above our expectations considering the price. Yamasan (The Host, apologies if I spelled his name wrong) was awesome and really helpful. The whole place is super clean there is only 5 or 6 rooms so the showers and bathrooms were always free. The Breakfasts were different each day and were really enjoyable. The fire was on each night for great ambiance and we had dinner there once that was super tasty (Nepal lamb Curry) definitely recommend. We will stay here again when we come back!! If your wondering about being in Annupuri vs the other parts of Niseko, we really enjoyed it as the lift lines where much smaller the whole place is more relaxed and there is a number of Onsen, one in particular is just down the road from the lodge. If you are a competent skier it’s only two lifts from Annupuri to reach the summit where you can then ski the rest of niseko. If you’re new to skiing it might be less fun getting to the other fields but in that case Annupuri has plenty of terrain anyway. Thanks for the great accommodation can’t recommend enough
