Terrace is a nice thing to consider. Especially in the sunny morning then you can just chill in the sun with a cup of coffee. Also there is some area with the grass in terrace. If you don't like sand, you can just chill on the grass. :) Basketball court with a ball and some bicycles for those who like to stay active. :)
