Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

This guest house offers a garden as well as a shared lounge. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. I knew this place would be next to the mangroves, but I did NOT expect the mangroves to be right next to the open-air common area outside our room! And there's a short 1-2 minute walkway through the mangroves, leading to the river where you can go kayaking and even waterbiking (though there's only one bike). What a beautiful experience to sleep to the sounds of nature and wake up to the birds chirping. I also saw some strange possum/lemur-like animal climbing through the trees while I was having breakfast!
