Very quiet at night and close to main part of town. Short 10 minute walk. The staff helped with everything, no need to pre book Jeep tours or anything. The food was amazing, best chicken burger in Nepal. All the food I had was great. They also pickup/ drop off at the bus station. Everyone was super friendly.

Hotel Rhinoceros-Homestay is set in Sauraha. The property features mountain and lake views, and is 1.8 km from Tharu Cultural Museum. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Perfect is not enough to describe my stay. If I ever come back to Chitwan, it will probably be because of this homestay. - Not only the host but his whole family is welcoming and helpful. We can't thank them enough. (1) The host always went out of his way to assist us even for the smallest things. (2) Local food is a bit salty for our taste, so we asked his mom to cook us dinner. It's easily the best meal we had in our whole trip in Nepal. Simple but hearty. (3) I got a headache due to the chill, so his father gave me his own pills, which made the headache vanish like it never existed. - Room is super clean with nice view from balcony, and just a short walk to the national park entrance and town. We literally saw a rhino walking by the front door one afternoon in the most laid-back manner ever. - Price is super cheap compared to what you get in return. - Breakfast is simple (just toast with egg, butter / jam and banana), but delicious. My partner cannot stop talking their amazing butter. - Communication was prompt and smooth. - I booked the tour here as well. The price is reasonable, and we got 2 wonderful knowledgeable guides.

It’s such a nice place to relax, be in nature and spend time with amazing people. Hari is an AMAZING host, he is very kind and makes you feel so welcome in Chitwan. ☀️ I did the full day safari and we saw lots of animals up close, including 2 bears!! Hari knows the jungle so well so we had lunch at an amazing view point. As well as a the safari, I loved the yoga class, jungle walks and beautiful sunsets. 🌅 I extended my stay and was very sad to leave. So I would recommend this homestay to anyone interested in a relaxing jungle visit! Thank you Hari!

The property features garden views. The homestay has family rooms. Such a beautiful home with the perfect balance of home like but still good facilities like a hotel. You get brought into the family and end up staying much longer than you originally thought you would , highly highly recommend and I will be returning in the future without a doubt. Good value for money and very cool walking safari, but honestly I could’ve just stayed at the house for a week. Great time

Mr Rama has a jeep and took us on a jungle safari and to a waterfall as well! Mr Rama is the kindest man and also provided me with lots of information on their religion and traditions! I was a solo female traveller and I highly recommend this place!
