Our host worked hard to connect with us, and to make our stay a good one. He had to balance caring for each of the people staying there. And, of course, he has his own family he must not ignore. The breakfasts he makes for us are varied, healthy, simple, but tasty. The location was perfect. We lived in a real neighborhood, which meant the dogs barked, there were sometimes odd neighbor noises, construction here and there, but everything eventually quieted down at night. I didn't fit into the house very well. I am tall and getting older, and I think it's an environment that works for the young and slightly more compact person. But, I still loved it just the same. I'd certainly stay there again if in Patan.

Highly recommended. Lovely neighborhood to explore with friendly locals and very few tourists. Great experience.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. I didn’t expect much from the place I booked just a couple of hours before arriving. But apparently it is a place where I want to come back. The rooms and service were good, but as a traveler my expectations are quite low and I don’t really pay much attention to such things. What always matters more to me are the people, warm conversations and the shared experiences. And I got exactly that! In such a short time, I was leaving the guys as if they were my friends. I wish you lots of success and hope to see you again.

The location is super central, modern and clean, daily cleaning of toilet and common areas, comfortable rooms. Nice and friendly owner, nice terrace on top. We would go back on our next visit to Kathmandu!

The property has quiet street views and is 200 metres from Bhaktapur Durbar Square and 12 km from Patan Durbar Square. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I am a single solo woman traveller and Navin was so entousiastic that I stayed at his homestay. It is a nice family who make you feel so welcome in their house. I would like to experience the Nepalese way of life, and I did. I went with him on his morning prayers, ate the same as the family, went to see the Kathmandu Valley by scooter (everybody drives like They are crazy, but I felt very safe with Navin. And the best part is that he takes his guests to festiviteit/parties, also of his family. So I was invited to the celebration of his 6 months old nephew, who ate his First Rice. It was a party with more than 200 persons, eating and dancing. And They all liked it that I was there too, so nice. So blessed to experience this. Thank you Navin and your family, for these wonderful experience 😊

It is set 20 km from Pashupatinath and offers bicycle parking. Free private parking is available and the homestay also provides car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. I loved everything about this place, Mr Keshab and his family are wonderful hosts. They go above and beyond to provide the most outstanding service and comfortable stay. The property is situated in the most beautiful, peaceful serenity overlooking the valley. The views are stunning, the rooms are clean, cosy and very comfortable equipped with hot water. The location is great. I am so glad I stayed here rather than in the town of Nagarkot itself, which is also within walking distance. It’s so peaceful and amongst the forest. Hiking trails, waterfalls and suspension bridge all on your doorstep. I ended up staying 7 nights and also ate here everyday. The food is absolutely delicious, the best food I have eaten in the all of Nepal. I highly recommend asking for a traditional breakfast over your regular eggs on toast. Everyday had a different touch and was so so tasty. Mr Keshab took me to watch sunrise and this was just magical. I highly recommend staying here. I can’t thank him and his beautiful family enough. It really feels like a home away from home. I was sad to leave. This has been my favourite stay in the whole of Nepal. I will forever return when I come back to Nepal.

The location was great! 10 minute walk to Swayambhunath. It was quiet at night. The host was a wonderful gentleman. I had spent 3 months in Nepal and my last two nights were at this spot. If I’m lucky enough to be able to visit Kathmandu again I’ll certainly stay here.
