I couldn’t recommend staying with Cindy and Scott enough !! They were such great host and I had a super fun night ‘with them and the other guest that were here that night ! The place is very clean and the bed was amazing. Felt at home immediately, plus the view is also very nice. I’ll def come back even just to say hi to them ! Thank you for the fun night and great conversations again Cindy and Scott, yall are so kind !!

Wisteria Way features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Opononi. With garden views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Very pretty aesthetic of the place. I felt like I was in a cottage core style magazine. Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.

The units in the homestay are equipped with a TV. Some accommodation includes a terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with bidet. At the homestay, some units are soundproof. Very warm welcome, the room was very comfortable with a terrace and sea view, the lawn goes directly to the beach. The place is very quiet and easy to find. we could enjoy figs and feijoa from the garden and have a little swim at high tide. Thank you :-)

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Views to unwind - self contained unit w/king bed is set in Ruakaka. The property features quiet street views and is 28 km from Northland Event Centre and 28 km from Town Basin Marina. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Views to Unwind at Ruakaka is unbelievable, it is the most serene and relaxing place I have ever stayed at and I cannot recommend this amazing place more highly. Thank you Veronique 5*

Set in Mangawhai in the Northland region, Chalet Cullen, features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.8 km from Mangawhai Heads Beach. Everything, the place was perfect, well equiped and very clean, the host was great and very responsive if needed. We had a rented car to travel around so the location was great for it.

Situated within 1 km of Long Beach and 400 metres of Christ church, Bellrock Lodge features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Russell. This 5-star guest house offers full-day security and luggage storage space. There is a barbecue and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We liked Bellrock Lodge and this little village so much, we even extended our stay! :) It is worth staying longer in Kororareka Russell and especially at Bellrock Lodge, so let us tell you why: Bellrock Lodge is situated on a little hill (if you walk, there are a few steep meters) and because of that, you will have the most amazing views from your terrace over the coast. On clear days you will even see as far as Waitangi. The apartment and the terrace are quite spacious, even the bathroom offers more than usual space in rental properties. It is very nice equipped. The garden is beautiful so you also see beautiful garden greenery from the terrace. The hosts Catherine and Stuart are very kind and responded fast via WhatsApp. Their sweet dog Piper was also a great host and excited to offer play time with her favorite football and such :D Catherine and Stuart were always very hospitable, so for instance, if you get in a morning rain like us, getting new towels is easy peasy, just a message/call away ;-) The Lodge offers great amendities: laundry, dryer, DVD Library (great selection, we loved it), CD and Book Library aswell... To top it off, the Whirlpool and BBQ area are great, with superb views also. We loved to enjoy the Spa, especially on rainy days. In addition to that, we highly appreciated how thoughtful everything is equipped, there are umbrellas in the driveway, wineglasses from plastic for the Spa, different chairs (even comfy reading/TV chairs), more than 2 different towel sizes and many more things like that.. We have travelled a lot and Bellrock Lodge is one of our favorites. You nearly forget, that you are at a self-service accomendation because everything is so thoughtfully done. It is worth staying longer, you can experience a lot in the area, walk to the beaches from Bellrock if you want to, get groceries and have great restaurants/cafés in town.

Set in Kamo, 10 km from Northland Event Centre, NZ County Holiday Home offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The homestay features family rooms. it is advertised as a "hostel". We were accomodated in a very big house which is also inhabited by the owner i guess. We had a private room with comfy beds and shared bathroom which is very clean a beautiful. For the price i rate it 10/10

The property is non-smoking and is situated 4.7 km from Kemp House and Stone Store. Absolutely loved staying here , so cozy and warm. The little details make a big difference. It was pouring with rain when we got there and the host pre heated it for us can't thank you enough.
