A living room to relax in and a table for doing email, etc. Yummy cake treats plus coffee, eggs, etc. provided. The owner had thought of everything: hooks in our room for our towels (since we didn't have our own bathroom) and other hooks we used for our wet raincoats. A nice mirror in our room. Paper towels in the shared bathroom so you don't have to remember to take a towel every time. It was like she had spent the night there herself and thought "what would make this more comfortable." It was perfect.
