Henrik and Isa have thought of every comfort and are incredibly obliging hosts. The bed is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Strängnäs itself is adorable. Its location on Mälaren makes for a beautiful outlook, there are cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There are shops, pubs and swimming spots. The train takes you to Stockholm in less than an hour and it’s not too far to Mariefred and Gripsholms Slott. I mean, what’s not to love? Henrik and Isa have good recommendations to suit your needs. You should stay here!

Outdoor seating is also available at the homestay. We were only minutes from Flen. It wasn’t an amazing place. The host were magnificent. Couldn’t wish for more.

This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The guest house offers garden views and a sun terrace. The location was perfect for our purposes, near a main road. A nice, warm and clean cottage where to spend a night. A private bathroom is in next building. Lovely horse farm surroundings. We stayed there also in our way back :)

Kungsbacken Hotell & Konferens’s rooms have a TV and a private bathroom. The communal living room has a large TV and newspapers. A pool table is also available. Upon arrival I was greeted by Leif who was very friendly and very efficient. We have rented the family flat which was a couple of blocks away from the hotel building ( 5 min walk) and we were given very clear instruction how to get there. The flat was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean, very comfortable beds and bedding. The flat is very spacious and has a great kitchen and tv with many channels. The breakfast buffet was great, there was a big selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Free parking was a great bonus. I would highly recommend staying at Hotell Kunsgbacken.
