the worker is very nice and helpful. his English is good. place is super clean with reasonable price drinks for selling, with oven, microwave, washing machine, pool and air conditioner. everything is very good. one of the best hostel I stayed in South America.

Very beautiful architecture, clean rooms and facilities, uncomplicated booking process with no prepayment (not typical for Brazil), beautiful views , facilities to have healthy home cooked food for a good price (not just burgers and pizzas), safety and security, and the most important the wonderful and welcoming staff. If you come here expecting a big party hostel with a lot of alcohol and testosterone fueled action , you will be disappointed. If you come here for a peaceful place to relax and get some quiet time away from the crowds you will be very happy.

Near subway station, and the best parties of RJ, feira da gloria, market places. A perfect view from the last floor! I love the location, just 5 min walk to Copacabana and about 15 min walk to Ipanema! The property has a lot of common areas for hanging out with other guests which is a perfect opportunity to get to know new people. Its much cleaner than most hostels, I saw staff cleaning several times a day! Private rooms are fresh and perfect size, well-functioning air conditioner :) staff are very friendly!!!

Lockers under beds, curtains on lower bunks. shower, sink and toilet in one cubicle so nice and private. Lovely staff and they let you take a shower even after you’ve checked out which is so helpful when you have a late flight. Decent breakfast with fresh fruit. Great location.
