Really relaxed hostel with a lovely feel. Breakfast was very good in a lovely setting. Facilities were clean.

Clean and comfy place. The breakfast was very nice. Though it is not very close to the centre, I think it has a good location for the price, and the lake is not very far, to swim or enjoy a cultural event by it, like I did. The staff is welcoming and my special thanks go to Bassem, who came by and was helping and keeping guests like myself company even off duty. All in all, really liked staying there!

The staff were absolutely fantastic. We had tons of questions on what to do, how to get a bus etc and Alvin very friendly and patiently explained everything to us with a smile. The other lady (didn't get her name) was also fantastic and made sure we left with a good breakfast and good coffee. The hotel itself is also close to bus routes and was very easy to find and get too.

It’s a big hostel, well decorated and the equipment are all good, it has separate toilets and shower rooms but all are well cleaned. Good location, near bus station just 5 minutes walk, can take the bus directly to the Lucerne train station. They provide luggage storage service before check in time and have many lockers inside and outside the room. Staffs are friendly and hard working.

The Oldtown Hostel Otter and its old-established Wüste Bar is a stylish place for the young-at-heart in Zürich's Old Town, about 300 metres from the Zürich-Stadelhofen train station and the lake.

Great location, staff is very kind and helpful, the hostel is clean, beds are comfortable, the locker for your stuff is big enough, there is even a fridge in the shared rooms. The atmosphere is cosy, overall a very great experience!

Location is great. Walking distance to a few tourism attractions. Room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. Our flight delayed and we contacted the staff online. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
