Staff went above and beyond in the Cranky Croc. The breakfast (paid extra) was incredible and the bed was the comfiest in south America. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Bogota. They also helped me arrange a transfer to the airport and I joined the walking tour led by Jacqueline which was very informative and interesting.

the staff are all extremely nice. the location is perfect and very close to museums, monsarrate, and tons of cafes.

Casa Dreamer was the perfect place for me to stay, The facilities exceeded my expectations, The staff is very friendly and helpful (Thank to Karen for all her help), The prices are very good for what they offer, it is comfy and modern, I really enjoyed the decor. They offer various activities. Very well equipped rooms and bathrooms with amenities included. Wifi is very good. It is located in the center of the city so it its always busy outside but once inside you forget about the noise and can relax, the location makes it very accessible (walking distance) to local attractions (Museo del Oro, Plaza Bolivar, etc.), stores, restaurants and to the Monserrate Mountain.

The staff is Amazing! Very polite and willing to help at ANY hour. The breakfast is a very good portion and you have 3 options to choose. The location is great! You have everything you need around. Restaurants, supermarkets and a little BBC bar around. They have laundry service and they make sure you have everything you need.
