The hostel is modern, comfortable, clean and tidy. I liked the comfortable beds that looked like little "capsules" with curtains where we could have privacy. The breakfast was very nice, and I especially liked the smoothie. Wi-fi signal was good. The staff was friendly, helpful and always available. I send a special greeting to dear Samar and Mahmoud.

Really nice hostel! All is new, great staff (Matthew and Nermeen - thumbs up! 🤗✨). Comfy beds, nice showers. Location is good - around are nice cafes, juice bars, shops. All was really nice there, i enjoyed my stay.

Great stay. The team was really client-oriented. Mr. Farouk and Mr. Mustafa were very kind and helpful. Mr . Mustafa, always there if anything would be needed. The room was not very big, but just perfect, and most of all, very clean, which is always very important for me. It was a Western standard. The bathroom inside and a fridge were very useful and added to the comfort of the room usage. On the 5th floor, but with an elevator. The two terraces were also very nice. Aha, and the place is really pet-friendly (I traveled with a dog). Shops with everything around. Whenever I come back to Hurghada, White Roof will definitely be my first choice!

The owner was really nice with us. He made us feel comfortable. The hotel is much more than what we expected. We was very comfortable. The living rooms are very big. The locatin are very well located and near to many shops with local price. Thanks a lot.

The breakfast was very good. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place is very close to the sea,and also to Sharaton street, plus it is not in the turist area,so you meet mostly local people.

I really liked this hostel. I stayed for 5 days longer than I planned. The most responsive and helpful staff ever. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately checked in even before check-in time. A friendly young lady from reception showed me everything in the hostel. A guy from reception answered all my questions and gave me useful information: how to buy a SIM card, where to go for juice, where to eat seafood, helped me to make an appointment with a dentist, etc. In the end, these tips helped me a lot. Special thanks to the guy at the reception - Shado. He sincerely helped with all issues and helped in difficult situations.
