Patricia was very nice, helped us find a great place for dinner. The layout of the albergue is a little odd...the toilet and sink are in the same room as the shower, so you have to wait for someone to finish showering if you need to use the bathroom.

A very nice hostel with breakfast included and within a 5 mins walk of the old city and beach. Beds are comfortable and rooms are ensuite; there's also a good kitchen downstairs and seating area. Would definitely recommend.

The best thing about Koisi is ANNASTIA she has such a great hospatality skills helped me a check in,. She makes you feel inportant, and she cares about the guest. I worked in a four star hotel for fourteen years in the U.S. so I know talent when I see it.I am an old man (74) a little slower than most guest I think she took that into consideration which shows her talent .

The view was really fantastic - like in the picture! The reception staff was very friendly, spoke both Spanish and English very well. The room was really big and sunny with a big panoramic windows! This hostel is situated literally inside the park. There are picturesque landscapes around! It's a really great place!

by spotless i mean not a single dust flake on this place! i have never been to a more stylish and clean hostel (!) and i have traveled a lot. it’s prime location and you can check the waves from the windows. absolutely fantastic. everything is self automated but there is always a person to reach and to help you out. thanks a lot for making my stay easy and comfortable!

This hostel is special because of the host who makes you feel welcome and informed! Zarautz Hostel also has a small library with excellent books on surfing culture and travel. This place is great for those who like to meet new people, to get familiar with either history or contemporary way of living in North Spain. The beach is amazing, the town is beautiful, the pinxos are delicious and the view from the top of the hill near by the Hostel is breathtaking. For those who like to walk and look around there are great hills, paths, especially the one from the Zarautz to Getaria along the sea side. I was in Zarautz during the first week of October and I liked it because town was quiet and preparing to enter in his winter mode.
