The location is quite good since it's very close to the metro station and the city centre isn't too far from the hostel. The people who work there are very polite and they really do their best to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. The rooms and the facilities were very clean and the breakfast service was more than satisfying.

I stayed at Hostel Lyon Centre and had an amazing experience. The view was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast and dinner meals were both very affordable and delicious. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time. The rooms and common areas were kept very clean, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I booked a room on the upper floor, and the toilets and bathrooms there were also very clean and well-maintained. One thing to note for newcomers: the hostel is located in the hill area, which gives it those amazing views. Walking up can be a bit of a challenge, but the best way to reach it is by taking the funicular from Vieux Lyon to Minimes – Théâtre Romain. From there, it’s just a 2-minute downhill walk, which makes it super convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay – I’d highly recommend it!
