We stayed one night, and it was really good experience. Amazing location, polite and helpful staff, good rooms, a big common space with AC. There are normal , clean enough WC and shower on every floor, for 2-3 rooms, no queues. Also the breakfast was good and fresh. I read the comments here and people wanted to have all-inclusive near the Eiffel Tower for the almost least price in PARIS. For this price, the hotel was really really good. If you are a budget traveler, this option is amazing.
