Great place. Friendly staff. Incredible value. Don't expect the Ritz though. Description said desk, but there wasn't one in the room. Not a major issue as plenty workspace on common area.

I didn't expect any breakfast so that was a really nice surprise having cereals and coffee in the morning. My bed was extremely comfy. A washroom was stylish and functional as well. Great location, close to everything, a bus stop is just around the corner.

This hostel is probably as good as it gets for shared room hostels. Impeccably clean, bed are pre-made for.you, there is a 24hrs reception.

Loved how friendly the staff were, they were extremely accommodating. Really easy to chat to, and I was so surprised just how much they were willing to go the extra mile, even though I didn't ask for much. The fusbal table was a great little addition I wasn't expecting In the lounge area. The fact that you can take advantage of everything the building has to offer, the bowling, beer and food were great. The 6 of us all loved the calzones at the Lanes. The contained showers were awesome, consistent good temperature and powerful. Location is perfect, smack bang in the centre of Bristol.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it 's just a walking distance of less than 7mins from the National Express Coach and 6 minutes from Cabot Circus. There were enough washing room and bathroom facilities with no need to queue.
