It is a very good place for it’s price. Here is a polite staff, pretty comfortable kitchen, bathroom of a good quality. The head of “Hostel number 49” speaks English/Russian. NB! Hostel is situated from the rear side of “Oil house/Stainless metal group”, near “Hotel Piza”. Location on “Booking.com” page doesn’t match completely.

Literally the best hostel I ever stayed in my life! I really enjoyed staying there. The location is great and I liked the building a lot. My room was very cozy, and all the amenities were very clean. Also I was surprised that at night it's quiet and peaceful there, unlike other hostels I've stayed in before. The owner is so friendly and welcoming, I felt at home 🤗 It was pleasure to share talks with him and also with hostel guests. It's also nice that tea and coffee are always available in the kitchen, also a simple breakfast is served which is amazing for the price. Also the owner was so kind to treat the guests with watermelon every day of my staying there. The next time I'll visit Tbilisi I'll stay here again for sure! Thank you so much for everything, I'll definitely book this place again for my next Tbilisi trip!

I had a very comfortable stay. I originally planned to stay two nights, but ended up staying an extra night. The antique-style interior creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very kind and friendly. It's a women-only hostel, so it's safe for women traveling alone. There's a supermarket and greengrocer nearby, so shopping is easy. There are grape vines planted on the balcony, and there are small chairs and tables, so it's a pleasant place to relax. Laundry and ironing services are also provided, so you won't feel inconvenienced. It's perfect for long-term stays, so I recommend it.

VERY comfortable beds. As well as the mattresses being super comfy, the frames of the beds were very sturdy - a rare find in hostels. The receptionist lady was very sweet and attentive. Nice lounge area where people were sat around chatting (separated from the rooms, so not disturbing those who were sleeping).

Wonderful homely feel in brilliant location close to everything. Tina was very quick to respond to any queries I had and very warm reception. Would definitely choose to stay there again. Note: the house entrance is in the courtyard behind number 5 so go through the gates next to left of building marked #5 and you will see a sign for Tina's guesthouse.

The best location, this hostel is in the heart of Tbilisi! Very comfortable, room has enough space, not too many things. Old and beautiful churches, mosque and synagogue - all together close to the hostel. Host was very nice and helpful woman, what I liked most was that man and woman rooms are separate. Room was very clean and tidy, it seems that it’s newly renovated. I highly recommend this hostel !!
