It's of the grid, but that alone is already enough reason to go there. Amazing lowners, staff and surroundings. Do the tubbing, chance of seeing the kingfisher. We would recommend to stay at least three nights.

A really enchanting place with great pool, very much in the middle of nature, lots of wildlife noises and dramatic hill slope views. The restaurant had a decent enough menu and was very good value. The hotel organised our full-day tour of Samuc Champey the day after our arrival and it was the most superb day, including caving, tubing and the pools. We then stayed for another day and just enjoyed resting by the pool. (note: the transport to and from SC is not for the faint hearted as you’re packed in like sardines on the back of a pick up truck on unmade roads for several miles on some crazy inclines, but we found it added another hilarious dimension to what turned out to be an awesome day).

Locacion of hotel is next to the river and so incredible. Entrance to the park of semuc chameey and cave are just few steps from the hotel. The landscape of the hotel area is amazing. Including is also pool ,huge garden area and friendly staff especially Araceli ;) Muchas gracias y asta luego!

The pool has an amazing view, overall beautiful scenery around the whole place. Very nice people working there, facilities were nice and clean. Would stay again.

Beautiful lodge with a cool dining area, swimming spot and nice rooms. We would definitely come again. The lodge also offers tours and provide shuttles. Definitely recommended!

Amazing hostel run by a local family just by the river!! They also offer breakfast and dinner which is great value for money since there is not much in town.
