From the moment we arrived, John Uncle’s warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Ali, his son, is equally amazing. He’s also an expert when it comes to planning tours across Jammu & Kashmir. He took the time to help us craft an itinerary that balanced famous spots with hidden gems, ensuring we could experience the true essence of the region on our next trip and the current one was on a no plan basis. He also provides a bike rental service (a great way to explore Srinagar and beyond!). Their genuine care and effort in making our trip memorable stood out throughout. It's perfect place for solo travelers and families. It's in Centre so nothing is far. Irfan and asfaq is the gem for the property. Must come.

It’s so unfortunate that I could only stay here for a night. Place was super clean , beds were comfy and please do it food here it’s sooooo good. Guys were warm and friendly, highly recommended:)

Ash and his Family make you feel so welcomed in their home. The room was amazing, clean and has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Ash helped me when I ran into an issue at a petrol station. Everyone is super friendly and treat you like you're part of their family. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

This was one of the best experience of my life to stay in a houseboat. These houseboats are designed in such a way that u feel like you are staying in a royal palace. Breakfast and dinner are served inside the houseboats. People can enjoy their meals along with the view of river I would recommend everyone to stay for long period.

Had the most amazing stay at New Urban Den Cottage. Located at a quiter location in Harwan yet easily accessible by Smart City bus & shared taxi, this cottage is perfect for budget backpackers traveling to Kashmir❤️
