I was lucky to stay in this hostel which just opened two weeks ago. Everything is new. The room is very private and comfortable. What surprised me was that the room was very quiet all day long without any noise. The lobby is also very comfortable and cozy. There are many toilets and there is plenty of time and hot water for showering. The kitchen is not only clean but also equipped with all the kitchen utensils. I am also very grateful to a Chilean employee who is very enthusiastic and cheerful and helped us a lot.

We had a problem with the room heater which was not switching off. But the host promptly provided us with a second room. In the same hostel we had one more booking after completing the Ring road trip. We opted payment at location but before some day of our stay, the hostel tried to get the payment but was rejected as by credit card is pin locked. Since my payment was rejected due to pin locked my booking was cancelled and I have to book another room at the last moment. This situation give us tension or nothing on us. Please look into this type of situation. Booking.com should also take care
