My family stayed in the 6-bed room with private bathroom. The entire building is newly renovated, and opened for guests in June 2025. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room has three bunk beds, the beds are very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Two toilets (one separate and one in the bathroom) are great for six people. Good sound proofing of windows. The location is quiet. Bus no. 17 stops ~10 min from there, and goes to Piazza San Marco. Taxi to the city center costs 25-30 EUR. The check-in was smooth. Personel at the reception is friendly and ready to help with anything you need. There's garage in the same street, in the neighboring building. We had a roof box higher than 2.1 m so we had to park on the street around the corner. Look for the parking places marked with blue rectangle and pay using Easy Park app, or by card.

I liked the Staff. The reception staff and the kitchen staff are very helpful and friendly. I really liked the breakfast, pancakes from the automatic pancake machine. Everything is modern, beautiful. There is room temperature control - I really liked it.

I was in the room with 6 beds: the room was spacious, and there were 3 beds on one floor and 3 on the other. Just 4 of 6 beds were occupied at the moment. It was comfortable tempetature inside, though outside it was rather hot. It was quiet the whole night round. Each room had its own bathroom, which was clean.
