The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

As the first time in a hostel, I believe I had a great experience. I was in a all female room and it was quiet and clean. Even though is close to the station, it's still quiet inside the room.

Super clean and organized, you feel like you're in a hotel franchise. The facilities are perfect. I stayed only one night and checked out very early in the morning so I didn't deal that much with staff members.
