Everything was good, but the best thing that made me speachless was how quick AYOUB was to responde and resolve an issue I had. All the staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful with a smile on their faces all the time, but still, AYOUB the receptionist was the best receptionisr I've ever met.

Nice receptionist, check-in available until midnight on request. Kitchen has free tea. Breakfast is included in the morning, you can make oatmeal, tea, toasted bread. They offer a 4-hour walking city tour leaving at 10 a.m., the guide asks 20€. I liked this tour.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. I also loved the common areas – perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The location is great too, close to the main attractions and public transport. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
