Excellent location, quiet and we'll connected to the main part. Staff was super friendly and the rooms were quiet and well conditioned if a bit crowded. But it is to be expected. Well worth it for my intended purposes. Quite a few bathrooms too. You can stay after midnight and just ring the bell and present your room card and you're in! You get a clean, comfy bed, convinient nightlight and a socket. Gorgeous building too! And the view, ah the view.....100 worth it! Best price too! Didn't book breakfast? Not to worry, you still can, or just order your cappuccino and a snack from the reception. And just sit outside and marvel at the sight! Beware of seagulls tho! They are little thieves!

Designer room, clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom, very close to the bus from Venice Marco Polo airport and to the Mestre Train Station, really good breakfast, very nice and friendly workers at the reception. Even thought there was entertainment downstairs, it was quiet in the room and I was able to sleep really well. Thanks a lot!
