The guy that checks you in (sorry, didn't get his name) is so helpful and kind. Customer service was amazing 👏 from all staff. Really made you feel at home. Close to loads of Onsens, two right beside the hostel.

The hosts were great. They speak English well. The lady gave me a ride to a restaurant she recommended end picked me up after dinner. I wish that I would visit this area more often. That would be an excuse to visit them again. Well recommended.

The property is very nice. I felt like I was staying at home, and the owner was both amiable and disciplined. The onsen was wonderful and relaxing, and the mountain view in the morning was spectacular. The food prepared by the owner was delicious, and they even performed a farewell song. The owner also provided a ride to the station at 8:20 in the morning (they offer rides to the station twice in the morning, at 8:20 and 9:20). If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again.
