Really nice interior, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The hostel is just 1 minute away from the train and bus station (wich brings you to the starting point of the Kumando Kodo trail). The host is very friendly and can help you with your luggage shuttle for Kumano Kodo.

2 minutes walk to Kii Tanabe station. 800m away from Aeon/Daiso/beach and Gourmet City(24H) where u can get everything u need. Nearby many nice restaurants for dinner. U can use easily get the location by searching Nagisa Guesthouse in Google map. Good, friendly & young owner. Speak English well. He knows everything in Tanabe including best place to dine, drink and Kumano Kodo. Very comfortable bed. Bed is double decker bunk bed with new pillow and new mattress. You don't have to sleep at floor (tatami) like other guesthouse. Good shower and big toilet. Planned to stay a night but ended up stayed for 3 nights and don't want to leave. Feel like own home. Nice japanese style living room. Highly recommended guesthouse in Tanabe. Must stay and it worth the value. U can dry your clothes at the backyard too.
