I loved the location in Chinatown. The spa is very nice as well. I stayed in the ladies area and it was perfect. The staff are really friendly. As mentioned in previous reviews, I don’t think I’d like staying in the mixed dorm area as it opens up to the common area or the door to the ladies shower and toilet area.

Everything was superb, especially Yuka's hospitality, seriously not 5 ⭐, 6 ⭐ out of 5 It means it's was like more than my own home. Must visit 328 and enjoy everything free, like coffee, macha, towels, 200% recommended. I stayed for 5 nights, hopefully soon coming again. 👍

check in and check out was seamless, without any staff required. facilities were great with probably the best toilets and bathrooms in any hostel i have ever stayed! close to the airport and very useful for one night transits

There are securities code in every door, it’s very safe for a solo travel like me. The staffs are friendly, I arrived midnight because of my flight arrival and the receptionist guy made the check-in very easy and fast so I could rest. I took the big capsule. It’s so clean and comfortable. Got a new towel changed everyday. There is deposit box and amenities in the capsule, also they provide hairdryer and hot air brush in the bathroom and toilet.

The breakfast is great. Staffs are perfect. Location is a bit far from main station but the staffs provide instructions to take bus so it wouldn't be a problem.
