Great place to live the simple life by the beach. My private bungalow was very simple, but exactly as expected, and very clean. Appreciated the social activities organized everyday. The staff was always friendly and helpful -- thanks to Lauren and Nami and everyone else whose names I don't remember. It's not fancy but it's a wonderful hostel, a great choice for beachside fun with a social life and no frills. Enjoyed having lots of common areas to hang out, relax, make friends, enjoy the beach. Also the beach here was GREAT, very clean compared to other beaches I visited on the island.

We loved the common area and the beach front bar and places to lounge, it really is gorgeous. We loved the hammocks in the water, that was a big highlight for us. The food was also delicious but pricey for the island. Appreciated the mosquito nets. Loved the $2 cocktail happy hour!

I booked just one night at Yellow Sun Koh Rong, but once I arrived, I immediately extended my stay! The place is so peaceful and right on the beach — perfect for relaxing. The dorms are super clean, the staff are very friendly, and the owner Johny is incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a new hostel with a lot of potential and great vibes. I’ll definitely come back again!

I highly recommend staying here. We arrived really early at 9am but since our room was already clean and available they checked us in. The location was excellent! Right in the middle of koh touch village in front of the beach, with a shared balcony to sit or hang at and the bar downstairs to have a cold beer whenever you like. The staff were great as well, helping us out with questions about the area and places to eat in. Also important to note - there was always hot water in the shower and a strong wifi signal.
