Very lovely staff who were really helpful as I had to check in after midnight, there was no issue and I was welcomed with a smile :) Super cool interiors and modern rooms :) I also liked all the sustainability posters around the place :) Would have been great to stay longer for sure if I was in the area for more days

The staff was nice, thoughtful and flexible. They allowed us to check in at 10am after our long haul flight which was a game changer for us. The house is charming, facilities are clean (we had our own toilet and shower in the common bathroom)
