I stayed here for 4 nights and ı definitely recommend. They helped me about transportation, laundry, trips.. The breakfast was included, ıt was really good and the portions are really big. The owner of the place and especially her wife they’re really friendly. I was not even going out for dinner, ı was eating at the hostel(she cooks). It feels like a homestay. I’m really happy that ı stayed here on my Sigiriya time.

The place is very clean and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. Channa is a great host. It was like visiting a friend and not just booking a room from a host. He was always available and made great suggestions on what to do during our stay. He is a tuk tuk driver who’s services we used to take us get massages, visit Lions Rock (Unesco world heritage site), take us to an Elephant safari and local authentic restaurants. We got more than a great stay, we had a great experience with this host. I highly recommend his place, we got a lot for our money.

Very comfortable and great location, easy walk to local restaurants. Generous breakfast provided that set you up for the day. Very friendly staff and we booked a safari to Minnieriya National Park, Valtala our driver/guide was excellent. He has amazing spotting skills and was very informative.
