Welcoming staff and loved the single elephant room. Very quiet and clean. Easy walk to center of places to visit and for food. Tram from Centraal Station close by. Need to be careful with tapping on and off with foreign credit card on trams. My card got blocked and it's worthwhile to get a local top up card for transport. Loved the museums in town. Very Worthwhile to do the guided walking tour!

Very good location near the train station! after 3 days in a not good hostel at Amsterdam I slept as a baby. Quiet, good, beautiful place with normal space and own bathroom which is separate 👌 I really enjoyed to stay here and relax

We absolutely loved everything about this place! The location was beyond belief. The value was incredible! The staff were kind, knowledgeable and would do just about anything for us! They surpassed the concierge services that we’ve received from the high end hotels like the Marriott or Four Seasons. Tonya was such a delight to deal with and did so much for us. She even took our special requests home with her to research the answers on her on time! She was incredible!! The other personnel also moved mountains for us! Leo, Annie and even the cleaning crew were kind and caring. I had the pleasure of trying the dorm beds for 2 nights and it was excellent. I found it to be a private experience in a dorm setting! The value was truly incredible too! The rest of the week, we had a private room. That was super comfortable and included breakfast! Wow! The value it beyond words!

Everyrhing was good. First of all location is perfect as evetything is near, central station only 3 mins walk. Staf was really really good, very friendly and ready to help anytime. Room was very nice , clean and quite. Kitchen, garden, laundry, ironing equipment etc, were just super extras for me. Simply perfect place to stay in Rotterdam, i would suggest it to everyone who visit Rotterdam.

I loved the large and varied common spaces and the super friendly staff. Everyone was helpful. They have a great place to store your luggage (self serve combination lockers) which were extremely convenient for us because we had a big day planned locally on the day of checkout. Booking this hostel for 6 nights was the best desicion me and my 2 friends have made! The worker Andrea who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly, just like the rest of the staff. We met lots of people from all over the world, so if you wanna meet new people we highly recommend this place. The main percentage of the guests are young people so it made our stay really comfortable. The hostel itself was so cute and the whole vibe is absolutely amazing. We are definitely looking forward to booking this same hostel again once we come back to Rotterdam.
