Sunny and the staff of best hostel really made our stay at Kathmandu extra special. Sunny is so welcoming and hospitable and always makes you smile after a big day of walking around. Such a beautiful Hostel with a lovely common room and garden that you can eat all your delicious meals in that you can order from there in house restaurant!!

The host offers a hands-off approach, giving guests space and privacy and not micromanaging or being overly pushy with additional services the way some hotels do. The kitchen and close proximity to a huge supermarket meant that I was in control of my nutrition. Nights were quiet and restful and the place has class. It's basically a mansion.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly (Prakash and his younger brother). Everything was nice. Location is really good, near enough to go to the Thamel hub by walk, far enough to not be affected by the noise. The rooftop was really good too!

The staff were very friendly. They were always there to help you with anything. If you would like to have a proper hostel experience, you must stay here. The shared dormitory type rooms are best for backpack travellers. It's always interesting to make new friends during your visit to a new place, it's a perfect place to stay in Thamel, Kathmandu.

THE hostel in Kathmandu! Nothing compares. The service, the staff, the comfy beds and privacy curtains the affordable meals, the quiet location. I'm coming back to this one! This is what a hostel should be like! If you want to socialize, cool, plenty of space for that, of you don't feel like it, privacy is there too. It's my 2nd time in this hostel and I still really appreciate it very much! In 2-3 weeks that I've been out of KTM they made huge and really good changes. This place is getting better and better! Beautiful, comfortable, great location and price and the food has gotten even better than last time 👍
