Excellent hotel right next to the main whale shark watching area. The staff are super friendly and took care of my bookings for whale shark watching, woke me up at 3:30 AM and put me on the queue for the first boat out (with the best visibility). They also helped me on tours to the nearby waterfalls (I vistied 3 the same day) as well as to Sumilon island. The next day they put me on a ferry to Panglao. Very firendly and helpful. The hut is super cozy and comfortable, no bugs despite being a bamboo hut in the middle of the garden. Very good to just lie around and hear the rain falling on the roof. Absolutely unbeatable experience.

We are happy with everything. Cha-cha is very nice, and her husband is a great singer 😆 there is everything you need for life for a very low price. There is a kitchen and recreation areas. The house is very beautiful. the room was small, but we only slept there, there is a lot of space on the territory for spending time.

Amazing, relaxed atmosphere making you feel as if you are at a home away from home. Ervan is the most helpful and kind host/owner you could imagine and he makes the place welcoming to all. A great place to stay if you’re wanting to meet people and have a relaxed time.

I had one of my best stay in the Philippines at Blue House. Thomas and Arthur were really helpful with all the recommendations. The hostel got the best location, walking distance to restaurants, small shops and nightlife. Rooms are cleans, bed very comfortable. Really liked the decoration inside and the beach front with all hammocks, hanging chairs and beach chairs, perfect spot for sunset. They also rent scooters which is very convenient. I hardly recommend this place. I can't wait to go back 🙃

I booked one night in the dorm and one night in a private en-suite. The dorm was very good, with lots of safe storage space under the bed, and more space at bed level to have my luggage. There was even a rack to hang a towel or fabric for some privacy. No issues with mosquitoes in the dorm, probably because it has AC and a fan. I loved the style of the hostel. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast in the cafe next door was very nice. Close to lots of nice restaurants. Staff was useful. Would love to stay there again.

I liked the whole vibe and aesthetic of the hostel. I stayed in the bunk beds and it was okay. They put me in a 6 bed instead of the 10 bed because the AC in the room was broken. It may be better if there was a curtain for each bunk for privacy. There's a little storage, lamp and power socket for each bed. The restaurant is great! I didn't have the chance to try the food but I did try their coffee and pastry (which is 40% after 6PM) and it was really good! I highly recommend the restaurant for it.
